our history

Mielewczyk is a family company founded in the year 1994 by our dad Andrzej Mielewczyk. As siblings and business partners we back each other in continuing the work of our parents. The values taught us by our parents are the foundation of our success.

As children we loved to help our mom with cooking dinner. Each of us was given a different task: to season the meal, set the table, wash the dishes. Our mom taught us that we have to put our heart into the work and care about each detail when preparing food.

Today, delivering the highest quality poultry products is our most important goal and this is what our family has been concentrating on for over thirty years.
